Well. we are quite aware of the fact that the Information age is being ruled by Google, Yahoo and a very few others search engines and, may be in later years, 'll be ruled by others which are trying very hard to make their niche these days. But where is the road leading to, being precise, where netizens are being lead to by these search engines . If I can ask so, are netizens being directed / redirected towards the correct direction , where they want to , or they are being redirected where Search engines want them to.....??
Another dimension of internet being affected by the Search Engines, as the data says that the 31% of the Google HITS show the WIKIPEDIA link at the top results, so after a while won't any person with decent IQ would prefer to go to WIKI page itself directly rather then redirected by the GOOGLE , and if it is what GOOGLE and others are doing, 'll do to tackel this ??
By and large we are going to see the Ethical issues creeping in as the Search business is the Burgeoning area of the Huge amount of Revenue.
